Is Furlio only for large dogs?

No. Furlio is designed with large and senior dogs in mind, but dogs of different sizes can use it as long as the bed size fits their body length and sleeping style.

What makes Furlio different from regular dog beds?

Most regular dog beds use soft filling that may flatten over time. Furlio uses a structured orthopedic foam system with cooling gel memory foam and high-density support foam to help provide more stable support and long-term comfort.

Does Furlio help dogs with joint problems?

Furlio is designed to provide supportive comfort for dogs that may need extra cushioning around joints, hips, and pressure points. However, it is not a medical treatment. For diagnosed arthritis, injury, or serious mobility problems, pet owners should consult a veterinarian.

What size is the Furlio™ Orthopedic Dog Bed?

The Furlio™ Orthopedic Dog Bed measures 48" x 36" x 7" overall. The raised bolsters bring the total height to approximately 10". The flat sleeping surface inside the bolsters measures 40" x 30", giving large dogs plenty of room to stretch, curl up, or rest against the supportive sides.

Is this bed suitable for large dogs?

Yes. Furlio™ is designed for large dogs, senior dogs, and dogs that need extra joint support. The 40" x 30" sleeping area is spacious enough for many large breeds, while the 3-sided bolster design gives dogs a comfortable place to lean or rest their head.

How do I know if my dog will fit?

Measure your dog while they are lying down in their natural sleeping position. If your dog likes to stretch out, measure from nose to tail and compare it with the 40" x 30" sleeping surface. We recommend leaving extra room so your dog can turn around, reposition, and rest comfortably.

Should I choose Furlio™ if my dog likes to stretch out?

Yes, as long as your dog’s stretched-out body fits comfortably within the 40" x 30" sleeping area. If your dog often sleeps fully extended, the inner sleeping surface is the most important measurement to check.

Is the bolster too high for older dogs?

No. The bolsters are only about 3" / 8 cm high above the sleeping surface, offering gentle head and neck support without creating a high barrier for senior dogs.

Is the low-entry ramp suitable for senior dogs?

Yes. Furlio includes a 7 cm low-entry ramp with an angle of 33° or less, designed to make it easier for senior dogs or dogs with limited mobility to step onto the bed.

What is the Furlio bed made of?

Furlio uses a 7-inch, 3-layer foam design:

  • 2" cooling gel memory foam

It also includes a removable washable cover, waterproof liner, waterproof bolster protection, and a non-slip bottom.

Is the foam certified?

Yes. Furlio uses CertiPUR-US® certified foam.

Is the cover safe for dogs?

Yes. The Furlio cover is OEKO-TEX certified and designed for daily pet use.

Does the bed have a cooling layer?

Yes. The top layer includes 2 inches of cooling gel memory foam, designed to help create a more comfortable resting surface.

Is Furlio suitable for dogs with sensitive skin?

Furlio uses pet-friendly materials, including an OEKO-TEX certified cover. If your dog has known allergies or skin sensitivity, we recommend checking the material details and consulting your veterinarian if needed.

Care & Cleaning

Is the Furlio bed waterproof?

Furlio includes a waterproof liner and waterproof bolster protection to help protect the foam from accidents, spills, and everyday messes.

Is the outer cover waterproof?

The removable cover is designed for daily pet use and easy cleaning, but the main waterproof protection comes from the inner waterproof liner and waterproof bolster layer.

Can I machine wash the cover?

Yes. The Furlio cover is removable and machine washable.

How should I wash the cover?

Remove the cover from the foam before washing. Machine wash with cold water on a gentle cycle. Use mild detergent. Do not bleach. Air dry or tumble dry on low if the care label allows.

How do I clean the ater Resistant Liner?

To clean the Water Resistant Liner, wash it with cool water and hang it to dry.

Please note: High temperatures can damage the water-resistant backing. Do not use hot water, high heat, or tumble dry.

Can I wash the foam?

No. Do not machine wash or soak the foam. If needed, spot clean the foam gently and allow it to dry completely before putting the cover back on.

Can I dry the foam in the sun?

No. Please avoid exposing the foam to direct sunlight, as this may cause oxidation and reduce its durability. Let it air-dry in a cool, ventilated place.

How often should I wash the cover?

For regular use, wash as needed depending on shedding, odor, dirt, or accidents. For dogs that spend a lot of time outdoors or shed heavily, more frequent washing may be helpful.

Durability & Use

Is Furlio chew-proof?

Furlio is designed for comfort, support, and everyday durability, with reinforced stitching and a hidden zipper to help reduce exposed bite points. However, determined chewing may still damage the cover, zipper, or foam.

Is the bottom non-slip?

Yes. Furlio includes a non-slip bottom to help keep the bed more stable on common indoor flooring surfaces.

Will the bed flatten over time?

Furlio is designed with high-density support foam for long-term shape retention. If the foam loses its shape or support beyond our warranty standard within the warranty period, we will replace the foam at no cost, subject to warranty terms.

Does the bed need time to expand after unpacking?

Yes. If the bed arrives compressed, allow it time to fully expand after unpacking. 

Can I dry the foam in the sun?

No. Please avoid exposing the foam to direct sunlight, as this may cause oxidation and reduce its durability. Let it air-dry in a cool, ventilated place.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to United States and Canada only.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

How can I track my order?

After your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. You can also visit the order tracking page and enter your order details to check the latest status.

Why is my tracking number not updating?

Tracking numbers may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package. If there is still no update after several days, please contact customer support.

Do you ship internationally?

This depends on the final Furlio shipping policy. If international shipping is available, shipping fees, delivery time, taxes, and return rules may vary by country.

Returns & Exchanges

What is Furlio’s return policy?

Furlio offers a 45-Night Comfort Trial. If you are not satisfied with the bed, you may request a return within 45 days of delivery, according to our return policy. The trial period starts 15 days after delivery to give your dog time to adjust.

Can I return the bed if my dog does not like it?

Yes. If your dog does not adjust to the bed, you may request a return within the 45-Night Comfort Trial period. To be eligible for a refund, the bed must be clean, reusable, and free of excessive wear, chewing damage, heavy stains, strong odors, or missing parts.

Can I exchange the bed for a different size?

No. Furlio is currently available in a single size only, so we do not offer exchanges for different sizes. If the bed is not the right fit, you may request a return within the eligible trial period.

Do I need to keep the original packaging?

Original packaging is required. We suggest keeping the packaging during the trial period in case you decide to return the product.

Are used or damaged beds returnable?

Return eligibility depends on the condition of the bed. Minimal dirt or light wear may be acceptable, but beds with excessive damage, chewing, strong odors, heavy dog hair, stains, or missing parts may not qualify for a refund.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping method, as returns without tracking information cannot be refunded.

Will original shipping charges be refunded?

No. Refunds include the product price only. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

How do I start a return?

Please email us at support@furliopet.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions. Please do not send the product back before your return request is approved.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Warranty

Does Furlio offer a warranty?

Yes. Furlio comes with a 10-Year No-Flat Warranty.

What does the 10-Year No-Flat Warranty cover?

The warranty is designed to cover abnormal flattening or loss of support under normal use. It does not cover damage from chewing, scratching, accidents, misuse, stains, or normal wear of the cover.

How do I submit a warranty claim?

Please contact Furlio customer support with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Does the warranty cover the cover?

The No-Flat Warranty mainly applies to the support performance of the foam. Cover damage caused by chewing, scratching, staining, or normal wear may not be covered.
