Shipping Destinations & Delivery

We currently ship to United States and Canada only.
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• Canada: 7–14 business days

 

Shipping Charges

• United States: Free Standard Shipping
• Canada: Flat shipping fee of $25 USD per order

 

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• Shipping is limited to physical street addresses in the United States and Canada.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days, contact us at support@furliopet.com.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please email support@furliopet.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
