Shipping Destinations & Delivery
We currently ship to United States and Canada only.
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
Shipping Charges
- United States: Free Standard Shipping
- Canada: Flat shipping fee of $25 USD per order
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Shipping is limited to physical street addresses in the United States and Canada.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please email support@furliopet.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
