Return Policy

45-Night Comfort Trial

We want your dog to be fully comfortable with Furlio. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 45 days of delivery.

Important: The trial period starts 15 days after delivery to allow your dog time to adjust.

 

Return Conditions

  1. Product Condition
    • Bed must be clean and in usable condition.
    • Minimal dirt or wear is acceptable, but excessive damage, chewing, or strong odors will void the refund.
    • Original packaging is recommended, but not mandatory.
  2. Return Shipping
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Use a trackable shipping method; returns without tracking cannot be refunded.
  3. Refund Amount
    • Refund includes product price only.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

3-Year Orthopedic Support Warranty

  • If the orthopedic foam loses meaningful support (>20% loss) within 3 years, we will repair or replace the bed.
  • This warranty covers material defects, not damage from misuse or chewing.

 

Key Notes

  • Single size only: We do not accept exchanges for different sizes.
  • Returns outside the trial window will not be accepted.
  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the bed.

 

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us
    Email us at     support@furliopet.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Return Approval
    Our team will review your request and provide return instructions. Please do not send the product back before your return request is approved.
  3. Product Condition
    To be eligible for a refund, the bed must be clean, reusable, and free of heavy dog hair, stains, chewing damage, strong odors, or excessive wear.
    We recommend letting your dog test the bed by placing a clean sheet or blanket on top first.
  4. Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping method. Returns without tracking information cannot be refunded.
  5. Inspection & Refund
    Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  6. Non-Refundable Costs
    Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
